1. Terms & Conditions
Platform Use:Trendo is a social-commerce platform where all products, services, and content are displayed via short-form videos and live streams. We do not run demo versions or under-maintenance modules during active checkouts.
Third-Party Ads:Trendo may display native ads, sponsored brand content, or partner integrations for monetization. However, any external interaction or product purchases made through these ads are managed strictly under merchant and partner responsibility.
Order Placement:By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing physical fashion, beauty, or lifestyle products directly via our creator feeds.
2. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Return Claims:If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Proof of damage (unboxing video/photo) is required.
Refund Timeline:Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Mobile Banking/Cards) within 7 to 10 working days.
Cancellations:Orders can be canceled freely at any time before the order has been confirmed or handed over to our delivery/courier partner. Once the product is shipped, cancellations will no longer be available.
3. Privacy & Data Security
Data Protection:We value your privacy. Trendo does not sell, trade, or rent customer information to third parties.
Location Data:Trendo does not share your current or precise physical location with other users or unauthorized third parties. Any address data collected is strictly for product delivery purposes.
